Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By joining the OneX DonutSMP Discord server and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not join or use our services.

2. Community Rules

All members must follow our 10 community rules:

• 🤝 Be respectful – No harassment, bullying, or threats
• 🗑️ No spamming – Keep chat clean
• 🔒 No leaking personal information
• 🔕 No useless pings to staff
• 🎭 No impersonation of others
• ✅ Use channels for their intended purpose
• 🗣️ Speak English primarily
• 🍩 Follow DonutSMP in-game rules
• 👥 No alt accounts for unfair advantages
• 📃 Follow Discord's Terms of Service

Common sense applies – don't try to find loopholes.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post illegal or inappropriate content
• Share malware, phishing links, or harmful software
• Harass, bully, or threaten other members
• Impersonate staff members or other users
• Attempt to evade bans or punishments
• Use bots without staff permission
• Advertise other servers without approval

4. Moderation & Enforcement

Our staff team reserves the right to:

• Warn, mute, kick, or ban any member at any time
• Remove messages or content that violates rules
• Modify server settings without notice
• Deny access to any member for any reason

Decisions made by staff are final. If you feel unfairly treated, contact an admin via ticket.

5. Intellectual Property

All content shared in our community remains property of its respective owners. You grant OneX permission to use submitted content (schematics, builds, guides) for community purposes. DonutSMP name and branding are property of OneX Network.

6. Limitation of Liability

OneX DonutSMP is a Discord community service. We are not responsible for:

• Loss of data, messages, or content
• Interactions between members outside our server
• Downtime or technical issues with Discord
• Any damages arising from use of our services

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms. Significant changes will be announced in our Discord.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to the community.
